Police Report: 9/9/10

Theft from Motor Vehicle

Sept. 3, 11:56 a.m. A Maryland License plate, valued at $20, was stolen from a Westhampton College student's silver Honda in R-lot.

Vandalism

Spet. 3, 5:21 p.m. The right side fender of a WC student's BMW was dented. The damage was estimated at $300.

Sept. 4, 12:23 a.m. A ceramic sink, valued at $150, was damaged in North Court.

Sept. 4, 6:32 p.m. A fire lane sign, valued at $100, was ripped from a wall outside of Lora Robins Court.

Simple Assault

Sept. 3, 11:30 p.m. A Richmond College student assaulted a WC student at the Greek theater.

Spet. 5, 2:20 a.m. An RC student assaulted another RC student in the 1400 block.

Liqour Law Violation

Sept. 3, 10:50 p.m. An RC student was referred to the dean for underage drinking in Dennis Hall.

Sept. 4, 2:04 a.m. An RC student was referred to the dean for underage drinking in the 800 block of the apartments.

Sept. 4, 11:18 p.m. An WC and RC student were referred to the dean for underage drinking in Robins Hall.

Sept. 5, 12:55 a.m. Two WC students were referred to the dean for underage drinking in the 1200 block.

Sept. 5, 1:28 a.m. An RC student was referred to the dean for underage drinking in the Atlantic House.

Liqour Law Violation/ Illness

Sept. 4, 12:29 a.m. A person not affiliated with the university was transported from Moore Hall to St. Mary's Hospital for an alcohol-related illness.

Larceny/ Liqour Law Violation

Sept. 4, 2:08 a.m. A RC student was referred to the dean from R-lot for stealing 2 highway signs, valued at $100, underage possesion of alcohol by consumption and for failure to comply with an officer.

Burglary/ Simple Assault

Sept. 4, 4:00 a.m. $16 was stolen from 2 WC students in the 2100 block of the apartments. The suspect touched both students on the leg while they were sleeping and then ran from the apartment when they woke up.

Larceny

Sept. 4, 3:49 p.m. An RC student's Giant black and red mountain bike, valued at $500, was stolen from the 600 block.

Hit and Run

Sept. 4, 7:37 p.m. The right rear bumper on a WC student's BMW was scartched in K-lot. The damage was estimated at $50.

Drug/ Narcotic Violation

Sept. 4, 11:05 p.m. A person not affiliated with the university was arrested on Boatwright Drive for possesion of marijuana.

Sept. 5, 2:36 a.m. Three RC students were arrested for possesion of marijuana in South Court. They were referred to the dean.

Theft

Sept. 6, 7:12 p.m. Two exit signs, valued at $125, were stolen from South Court. They were later recovered.
