After a one year hiatus because of COVID-19, the University of Richmond community will once again celebrate Black community members with a night of dancing, awards and entertainment at the Black Excellence Gala.
The University Faculty Senate voted in favor of a resolution demanding more student, faculty and staff representatives be added to the Naming Principles Commission this afternoon.

UR moved to the Orange Stage of its physical distancing framework Thursday, as a result of consistent decreases in COVID-19 cases on campus and in surrounding areas, according to an email from administrators sent to the UR community Thursday.
