The Saturday afternoon contest between University of Richmond Spiders and the Massachusetts Minutewomen, the only two teams who remained undefeated in the Atlantic 10 and the two favorites to meet in the conference championship, both played strong defensive lacrosse and remained competitive until the last second of the game.
