She often finds herself thinking of home, her brother, and her sister, and the pain they feel or felt. Her friends want to help, but they can only do so much. They just don’t understand.

Richmond quarterback Kyle Lauletta threw the ball wherever he wanted Friday night. Sometimes he picked CAA first-teamer Reggie Diggs, whose height and jumping ability beckon Lauletta to throw the ball up. Other times he chose CAA first-teamer Brian Brown, whose ability to adjust to deep passes helped him on multiple occasions. The buzzer sounds and the Spiders hang on to win against Northern Iowa. The final score: UR 82, Northern Iowa 67. The Spiders won thanks to a huge game from behind the arc, connecting on 13-25 three-pointers. Terry Allen led all scorers with 21 points on very efficient shooting and the Spiders had five scorers in double figures.

This game marks the highest scoring game in the NCAA Playoffs by a Spider football team. The record was previously 46 points against Morgan State. With this victory, Richmond will be looking to the winner of Western Illinois and Illinois State to determine their opponent in the next round of the FCS Playoffs.
