The University of Richmond men’s and women’s cross country teams will compete in the Atlantic 10 Championships in St. Louis, Mo., on Oct. 31. Twelve runners on each team will be allowed to compete in the meet next Saturday.

Both the men’s and women’s cross country teams have started their seasons with wins over the College of William & Mary in the Spider Alumni Open on Sept. 5. Senior Andrew Benford finished 13th in the World Mountain Running Championships in Italy earlier this month in his first race of the year.
