The University of Richmond men’s and women’s tennis teams hosted Longwood University and quickly swept the Lancers off UR’s webs on April 6.
The University of Richmond women’s tennis team secured its first Atlantic 10 Conference victory on March 25 after defeating George Mason University at the Westhampton Tennis Courts, adding another win to its 3-8 overall record.
The University of Richmond men’s tennis team won 7-0 against Virginia Wesleyan University on March 16.

The University of Richmond women’s tennis team heads into a season of socially-distanced and protocol-heavy times with four new additions to the team.
On March 12, the NCAA announced that all of its winter and spring athletic championships would be canceled because of COVID-19. At the University of Richmond, the remainder of 10 varsity sports teams' seasons were canceled.
