Liquor Law Violation

Sept. 25, 12:11 a.m. A WC student and a female non-student were referred to the dean for underage possession of alcohol in the 800 block of the University Forest Apartments.

Sept. 25, 2:21 a.m. A WC student and a juvenile were referred to the dean for underage possession of alcohol in the 1800 block of UFA.

Liquor Law Violation/False Identification

Sept. 24, 12:43 p.m. An RC student was arrested for underage possession of alcohol and providing a false name and address in the 300 block of UFA.

Drug Equipment Violation

Sept. 21, 2:12 p.m. An RC student was referred to the dean for possession of an illegal smoking device in the Pacific House.

Drug Equipment/Drug/Narcotics Violation

Sept. 22, 1:45 p.m. A WC student and three RC students were referred to the dean for possession of illegal substances in the 1100 block of UFA.

Sept. 22, 4 p.m. An RC student was referred to the dean for possession of marijuana in the 1100 block of the UFA.

Sept. 23, 2:22 a.m. An RC student was arrested for possession of marijuana in Gray Court.

Destruction/Damage/Vandalism of Property

Sept. 23, 2 p.m. A WC student reported a damaged rear windshield wiper on her Toyota Prius in the W28 lot. Damages were estimated at $1,200.

Sept. 24, 2:41 a.m. A WC student reported damages to her cork bulletin board in North Court. Damages were estimated at $15.

Sept. 25, 12 a.m. A university staff member reported that the gas from his blue Taotao scooter had been spilled. Damages were estimated at $10.

Intimidation

Sept. 26, 10:56 a.m. A WC student reported unknown offenders shouting obscenities at her on the IM fields.

Sept. 26, 4:45 p.m. University staff members reported a verbal confrontation between two employees in Tyler's Grill.

Shoplifting

Sept. 27, 9:33 a.m. A female non-student stole three books, valued at $598, from the university bookstore.

Sexual Assault

September 2011. The URPD is investigating a sexual assault report on a WC student that allegedly occurred in February 2011 in the 100 block of UFA.
