The Maine Black Bears came back from a 16-0 deficit to score 23 fourth-quarter points and win, 23-22, Saturday afternoon. It is Richmond's fourth-straight loss, all coming in Colonial Athletic Association play. Richmond was in range of a long field goal with under a minute left in the game, but quarterback Aaron Corp was sacked for 11 yards to put the Spiders at the Maine 44-yard line. His next two passes were incomplete to seal the victory for the Black Bears.
At halftime, Jasmine Garrett and Will Gordon were named Homecoming queen and king.
