At 20 years old, most college students have a summer internship lined up – unpaid, of course. Maybe they’re starting to think about graduate school and weighing the pros and cons of moving back home in two years. Mostly, they’re just looking forward to turning 21. At 20 years old, most college students don’t even know what they’re majoring in.

Students are finally smiling again after a rough midterms week, with travel plans to all over the world this Spring Break. With an on campus choir group going to Europe, SEEDS going to Louisiana and West Virginia, international students traveling to Canada and a group of seniors going to Jamaica, there are bound to be some memories made this Spring Break.

The American public gasped and the presidential race took an unexpected twist when Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia died Feb. 13. Scalia, who served on the court since 1986, was loved by some and loathed by others in part for his strong originalist beliefs. Kevin Walsh, professor of law, and Jennifer Bowie, professor of political science, answered some questions regarding Scalia's legacy and the political process of appointing a new justice.

Richmond’s unassuming basketball leader is most distressed when he is confined to the four walls of a camera lens. Not when he has to make a buzzer-beating shot to win the game, not when he is defending the best player on the rival’s team – that is when he is most collected.
