Liquor Law Violation

April 26, 2:59 a.m. A Westhampton College student was referred to the dean for underage drinking after being found in an elevator in Lora Robins Court.

April 26, 3:49 a.m. A WC student was referred to the dean after being transported to St. Mary's Hospital with alcohol poisoning.

Driving Under the Influence

August 22, 10:57 p.m. A Richmond College student was arrested on charges of drunken driving in J-lot. A court date will be set by the City of Richmond.

Simple Assault

May 2, 1:27 a.m. Two RC students were caught after they threw a Dixie plate full of what was believed to be whipped cream at another RC student as he was standing in front of Gray Court. The plate also hit a nearby car. No charges were filed.

May 3, 7 a.m. A non-student damaged a student's black Nokia cell phone when he pushed his way into an RC student's room in Wood Hall. There was a dispute and the male slapped the student. No charges have been filed.

May 8, 6:10 a.m. Two RC students who appeared to be drunk were referred to the dean after they entered another RC student's room in Dennis Hall and urinated on two cloth bags valued at $40 total.

June 11, 12:59 p.m. A female athletic department employee reported that a fellow male employee assaulted her. No charges have been filed.

Vandalism

April 25, 12:21 a.m. The rear window of an Audi was broken out of a car in C-lot and a Crown Royal liquor bottle was found on the backseat.

July 19, 4:17 p.m. A TV estimated at $1,000 and a wall were damaged in the Sigma Chi house on Fraternity Row. The damage to the wall is estimated at $100.

Hit and Run

April 25, 5:25 p.m. The left fender, passenger side door, rear right corner panel and side mirror of an RC student's car were damaged in R-lot. The damage is estimated at $1,500.

Larceny

May 2, 6:15 p.m. An 18-inch flatscreen DVD combo TV estimated at $180 and a Photosmart printer estimated at $150 were stolen from a WC student's car while she was moving out of Wood Hall.

May 24, 5 p.m. A green Jumper mountain bike estimated at $150 was stolen from behind South Court.

Theft

April 27, 8:54 a.m. Three exit signs valued at $150 total were stolen from South Court.

June 25. Three Monster energy drinks valued at $8 total were stolen from ETC in the Heilman Dining Center.

August 15, 9:25 a.m. An Apple iPhone estimated at $400 was stolen from a staff member's office in Tyler Haynes Commons.

August 20, 1:49 p.m. A WC student's purse containing a wallet, U.S. currency, a gift card, Spider Card, North Carolina driver's license and credit cards was stolen from the Robin's School of Business.

Burglary

June 23, 8:33 a.m. Several items valued at more than $10,000 were stolen from Information Services in Jepson. The items included cash, stamps, cameras and computer hardware items.

Indecent Exposure

August 1, 10:40 a.m. A juvenile was apprehended after he exposed himself to people walking on the Westhampton Lake path. The juvenile is not a student at the university.
