Police Report: 10/29/09

Theft

Oct. 20, 3:43 a.m. An exit sign was torn from the ceiling inside Gray Court and stolen. The sign's value was estimated at $25.

Oct. 21, 10:57 a.m. A Samsung digital camera was stolen from University Facilities and later returned. The camera's value was estimated at $500.

Liquor Law Violation/ Illness

Oct. 24, 12:13 a.m. A Westhampton College student was transported from Lora Robins Court to St. Mary's Hospital for an alcohol-related illness. She was referred to the dean for underage drinking.

Oct. 24, 12:19 a.m. A Richmond College student was transported from Gray Court to St. Mary's for an alcohol-related illness. He was referred to the dean.

Vandalism

Oct. 24, 2:52 a.m. Two picture frames hanging in the hallway of Lora Robins Court were damaged. The frames' values were estimated at $10 each.

Oct. 24, 3:34 a.m. A food vending machine in South Court was pried open and an unknown amount of food was taken from the machine. The machine's value was estimated at $500.

Oct. 26, 7:18 a.m. A statue of E. Claiborne Robins, located between Ryland and Weinstein Hall, was written on. The damage was estimated at $25.

Oct. 26, 7:41 a.m. An exit sign was torn from the ceiling inside South Court. The sign's value was estimated at $50.

Oct. 26, 12:42 p.m. The driver's-side door of a silver BMW was scratched in R-lot. The damage was estimated at $200.
