Police Report: 9/23/10

Vandalism

Sept. 16, 4:17 p.m. A sidewalk railing, valued at $150, was knocked over in the 1500 block of the University Forest Apartments.

Sept. 17, 3:52 a.m. A stop sign post, valued at $50, was damaged in front of Boatwright Memorial Library.

Sept. 17, 4:14 a.m. A stop sign was pulled out of the ground in R-lot.

Sept. 17, 11:51 a.m. The driver's side rear taillight lense on a Westhampton College student's Mazda Protege was damaged in K-lot. The damage was estimated at $75.

Sept. 17, 5:36 p.m. A WC student's convertible top was slashed in the 2100 block of the apartments.

Sept. 18, 10:19 a.m. A concrete sundial, valued at $300, was damaged in the Keller Hall Garden. A tent, table and chairs were also knocked over.

Sept. 19, 10:16 a.m. A split rail fence and a speed hump sign were damaged in the 1300 block of the apartments.

Liquor Law Violation

Sept. 17, 8:08 p.m. A Richmond College student was arrested on a summons for underage possession of alcohol on Keller Road. He was referred to the dean.

Sept. 17, 10:52 p.m. A WC student was referred to the dean for underage drinking in South Court.

Sept. 18, 1:12 a.m. An RC student was referred to the dean for underage drinking in the 100 block of the apartments.

Sept. 18, 11:06 p.m. An RC student was referred to the dean for underage drinking in the 1700 block of the apartments.

Larceny

Sept. 18, 1:03 a.m. A WC student's SpiderCard and keys, valued at $20, were stolen from the 1600 block of the apartments.

Sept. 20, 8:14 a.m. An exit sign, valued at $125, was stolen from South Court.

Liquor Law Violation/Illness

Sept. 18, 1:11 a.m. An RC student was transported to the VCU Medical Center from the 1600 block of the apartments for an alcohol-related illness. He was referred to the dean.

Simple Assault

Sept. 19, 1:29 a.m. A WC student was assaulted by an unknown offender at the Business School.
