Police Report: 11/4/10

Larceny

Oct. 28, 9:10 a.m. Basketball sneakers and car keys, valued at $232, were stolen from a person not affiliated with the university in the Weinstein Center for Recreation and Wellness. They were later returned.

Oct. 28, 10:33 a.m. A Richmond College student's parking permit, valued at $10, was stolen from the 600 block of the apartments.

Liquor Law Violation

Oct. 29, 11:06 p.m. Five people not affiliated with the university were arrested for driving the wrong way on Keller Road and underage possession of alcohol.

Oct. 30, 1:25 a.m. Four Westhampton College students were referred to the dean for underage drinking in the 1000 block of the apartments.

Oct. 30, 2:46 a.m. A WC student was referred to the dean for underage drinking in the 1900 block of the apartments.

Oct. 31, 12:11 a.m. An RC student was referred to the dean for underage drinking in Freeman Hall.

Vandalism

Oct. 30, 1:40 a.m. An RC student was referred to the dean for damaging a sun dial pedestal behind Keller Hall. The damage was estimated at $300.

Oct. 30, 1:49 a.m. A card reader, valued at $400, was damaged outside Gray Court.

Oct. 30, 3:39 a.m. A Massachusetts license plate, valued at $20, was bent in the 600 block of the apartments.

Oct. 30, 4:09 a.m. A Texas license plate, valued at $20, was bent in the 600 block of the apartments.

Oct. 30, 4:10 a.m. A Colorado license plate, valued at $20, was bent in the 600 block of the apartments.

Oct. 30, 4:10 a.m. A Maryland license plate, valued at $20, was bent in the 600 block of the apartments.

Oct. 30, 4:11 a.m. A District of Columbia license plate, valued at $20, was bent in the 600 block of the apartments.

Oct. 30, 11:24 p.m. An exit sign, valued at $100, was damaged in South Court.

Oct. 31, 3:16 p.m. The side-view mirror on a WC student's Volkswagon was damaged in W-38 lot. The damage was estimated at $100.

Oct. 31, 3:09 p.m. An RC student's dorm window was damaged in Wood Hall. The damage was estimated at $200.

Liquor Law Violation/ False Identity/ Resisting Arrest/ Public Drunkenness

Oct. 30, 11:22 p.m. An RC student was arrested for resisting arrest, giving a false name to officers, underage possesion of alcohol and public drunkenness in Old Fraternity Row. He was referred to the dean.

Simple Assault

Oct. 31, 1:19 a.m. A WC student was assaulted by an unknown offender in the 1700 block of the apartments.

Motor Vehicle Theft

Oct. 31, 11:26 a.m. An RC student's golf cart was stolen and later recovered from the 1700 block of the apartments.
