As snow continues to fall in Richmond, the university has been forced to announce more closures.

Today at the Heilman Dining Center, the university's main dining location, dinner will be served only from 3 pm to 5 pm. The full email reads:

Due to changes in the GRTC schedule and limited staffing, dinner will now be available at the Heilman Dining Center only from 3 pm to 5 pm.on Saturday, Jan. 23. Guests may choose to eat-in or take their meal to-go in a provided takeout container.

Pick-up of breakfast to go for Sunday morning will also be available from 3 to 5 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 23.

Richmond dining originally said it would be open until 6:30.

Winter Storm Jonas has already smacked much of Virginia -- The City of Richmond received about six inches of snow yesterday and areas of Henrico County received up to 10 inches, the Richmond-Times-Dispatch reports -- and more harsh weather is expected.

At 12:38 p.m. the National Weather Service released the following update: Several bands of moderate to occasionally heavy snow and gusty north winds up to 40 mph will affect most of central Virginia through 2:45 p.m. Additional Snow accumulations up to four inches is expected."

Virginia Gov. Terry McAuliffe said there could be up to three weather-related deaths so far, according to Time-Dispatch.

University of Richmond, however, has not had any notable storm-related incidents, John Jacobs, captain of the University of Richmond Police Department, wrote in an email.

"Today has been quiet and we have had no storm-related incidents of any kind." Jacobs wrote.

The only incidents reported to URPD yesterday were two liquor law violations in Wood Hall and Lora Robins Court, both first-year dorms, according to the department's police log.
