The University of Richmond men's basketball team took an early lead and never looked back, defeating University of North Carolina-Wilmington 101-58 in its second game of the season Tuesday.

Two seasons removed from its improbable run to the Sweet 16, University of Richmond men's basketball may be more ready to return to national prominence than many pundits think, if a few pieces fall into place.
When the men's basketball team opens its first home game of the season against Liberty on Nov. 9, many eyes will be on senior Darien Brothers, who is the only remaining starter from the 2010-11 team that advanced to the Sweet 16 in the NCAA Division I tournament.
