Simple Assault
Aug. 30, 2:38 a.m. A Richmond College student's nose was broken and he has two black eyes after a fight with another RC student at the 300 block of the University Forest Apartments. The students have been referred to the dean.
Drug/Narcotic Violation
Aug. 30, 10:38 p.m. An RC student was arrested on charges of marijuana possession on College Avenue. He was released on summons (not taken into custody).
Driving Under the Influence
Aug. 29, 11:56 p.m. An RC student was arrested on charges of drunk driving, driving with a suspended or revoked license and running from the police. The student was pulled over on Grove Avenue, his alcohol level was tested and he was told he would be arrested. The student ran back to campus and was later arrested and taken to the Richmond City Jail.
Drunkenness
Aug. 29, 1:23 a.m. A Westhampton College student, who refused treatment for an alcohol-related illness, was referred to the dean for drinking in Gray Court.
