Two-Minute Drill: 4/09/09

-Michael Jordan was elected to the NBA Hall of Fame during his first year of eligibility on Monday. John Stockton, David Robinson and Utah coach Jerry Sloan are also in the 2009 class...If these four suited up, they could still probably beat the Wizards.

-The Columbus Blue Jackets have qualified for the NHL playoffs for the first time since the team was formed during the 2000-01 season, making it the final active team to earn its first playoff berth...Columbus' left winger Rick Nash may be one of the best young players you've never heard of. Then again, most hockey players are probably people you've never heard of.

-The University of Connecticut women's basketball team finished off its perfect season by beating Louisville on Tuesday for the National Championship. The Huskies finished 39-0 and beat all of their opponents by at least ten points...Four starters will return to UConn next year for another anti-climactic title run.

-Terrell Owens showed up at a voluntary workout with the Buffalo Bills on Wednesday, three weeks after he said he would only attend mandatory practices...Apparently T.O.'s mood changes more often than his uniform color.
