As I woke up at 8 a.m. the morning after the senior toga social, I realize that I was the victim of a vicious sharpie attack (despite abiding by the golden rule of "not passing out with my shoes on"), and I couldn't help but smile. It's the little things like this that keep me going: the revelation that even after four years I find pranks amusing even when they are on me. Then there is the revelation that it has been four years, that this is my senior year. Reality sets in. It's 8 o'clock and I have class in an hour.

It always seems that my best writing occurs after two in the morning. I'm not sure why. Maybe a science major could explain it to me. But I've been meaning to write to The Collegian for the last three and a half years and never got around to it. Now seems as good a time as any, before all the other seniors start getting nostalgic and hogging the space in April.

The UR Women's Swim and Dive team took home the title last week at the Atlantic-10 championships. It was the team's ninth title in 10 seasons.

Before tip-off against St. Bonaventure University, the five seniors on the men's basketball team — Kevin Anderson, Justin Harper, Dan Geriot, Kevin Smith and Kevin Hovde — received a framed picture. With its 82-67 victory, Richmond moved to 21-7 overall and 10-3 in the Atlantic 10 Conference.
